The Best of the East Motorcycle Tour
Your tour will begin and end in Pittsburgh.
Leaving Pittsburgh we will cross the beautiful Ohio River and go through delightful rolling farmland that passes through the Amish country of Ohio.
The further south we ride the steeper the hills become.
Crossing the Ohio River into West Virginia you will discover one of the hidden secrets in the United States!
West Virginia is a motorcyclists’ heaven, featuring eye popping scenery, sweeping turn after sweeping turn, and normally not much traffic.
Leaving West Virginia we will enter The Blue Ridge Parkway, a ride that most call stunning in their description… and it is!
We will stop at Thomas Jefferson’s home Monticello.
Continuing on to Skyline Drive north through Fredrick Maryland and stopping at Gettysburg Battlefield.
Depending on your tastes we can spend a few hours touring this historic spot or some may wish to go to York Pa. and tour the Harley Davidson factory, if time permits.
Continuing north you will travel through Pennsylvania Amish country all the way to The Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania.
The final day will be spent enjoying the wonderful scenery and equally wonderful back roads to Pittsburgh, where the tour ends.
In five days you will have ridden some of the coolest roads and will have seen some of the most incredible views that the United States has to offer.
