About Ride and Fly Tours
John Garwood's story is a very simple one. He's a guy who enjoys life, meeting new friends,
and riding motorcycles. He has been a motorcycle addict since his early teens, when his first
motorcycle, a Hodaka Wombat, endured more punishment than could be imagined.
He went on to ride enduros, roadraces, and become co-owner of a Yamaha dealership. Now
fifty-five (going on thirty), and his love of riding is stronger than ever.
John's outgoing manner, organizational skills and attention to detail have been the keys to
his professional success. He would be quick to tell you that his wife and partner in Ride and
Fly, Pamm, and their two sons, Christian and Graham, are the best part of his life.
I have worked with John, and also ridden with him for a good number of years now and I can
tell you he has a gift for making a ride an adventure that you don't want to end.
